General Office Cleaning • Dusting the walls, window sills, ledges, blinds, & bookshelves
• Sweeping the floors
• Mopping the floors
• Clean the bathrooms
• Toilets cleaned and disinfected
• Replacing toilet paper & paper towels if needed
• Wiping down tables
• Dusting the ceiling fans & desks
Attend Outreach/Marketing Events • Help identify potential outreach & awareness opportunities
• Attend community events to represent Giving HOPE, Inc. and the services we offer
• Engage community members
• Outside events
• Fundraising events

1. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are required.
2. Must have the ability to effectively prepare and present information and services on Giving HOPE, Inc. to various groups
3. Must present self in professional manner
4. The ability to work independently or with others to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision is essential.
5. Light physical demands with transporting, setting up and taking down outreach materials, banners, tables, booths and more.
